I am behind on putting these all together, but still clicking away each day :)
Backyard Planting Day
Today we cleaned up the yard a little and then planted some seeds all over the place. I hope I can remember where all I need to water. Afterward we just hung out and enjoyed the day :)
Ainsley made a collection of “stuff” from our trimmings and cleaning up as an offering to the fairies, whom she claims she’s seen in the backyard…
Later, both of the girls “decorated” one of the trees with geraniums I’d dead-headed… weirdos :)
The hammock got a LOT of use today :)
St. Patty’s Part Deux :)
Some friends of ours are our usual companions for holidays like St. Patrick’s Day and New Years Eve. This year we’ve all had things going on that have prevented getting together and celebrating, so we celebrated NYE a week late, and this past weekend, we celebrated St. Patty’s a week late. We’re hoping it’s just because it’s Leap Year — things are all thrown off :) We had corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and Guinness, of course!
