Elf on the Shelf, December 18th

Milo is reaching out to R2D2, his only hope…. I only put this much effort into this because my husband had a R2D2 figurine that was the perfect size ;)

Well sheesh, I got a little behind on my daily project :) I have enjoyed doing this once again this year, but I think I’ve reached the end of my daily photography journey. Life is super busy and sometimes I just don’t want to have to think about it.

My husband hung Christmas lights on the INSIDE of the Jeep… :)

Elf on the Shelf, December 17th

This morning our elf had eaten a bite of a Hershey’s kiss. All this pose did was make my kids want candy for breakfast.

Home is Wherever I’m With You

I made this for my husband for Christmas (and for myself, let’s be honest…) to print at poster size. I sure hope it comes out like I want it to…. it’s all an experiment at this point.

Today our elf is lazily hanging in a hammock reading a copy of Life from 1961. I guess up at the North Pole they probably do get behind on the times a little.

Our elf, Milo, was having a nice little picnic with Barbie… my kids were not impressed by this at all.

First Birthday Party!

I had the pleasure of photographing my friend’s son’s first birthday party a couple of weekends ago. The party was so cute — she’s hired to plan every party I ever decide to throw again, ever :) Happy birthday, little Nolie!

This morning Milo was riding across the buffet on an ornament sled. Also known as “It’s Friday and Mom is pooped.”

Yesterday morning, Milo had somehow snow-globed himself. He’s a real creative thinker…

The green army men had taken Milo prisoner this morning. But he’s still smiling (which creeps out Avery a little bit…)
